Elaboration
  • Cortar la cebolla en juliana y el pimiento verde en aros.
  • Elaborar un fumet de pescado. 
  • Pochar la cebolla. Añadir el pimiento a la cebolla y pochar el conjunto. Una vez pochado, ligar con un poco de harina y mojar con el fumet. Dejar cocinando el conjunto y triturar.
  • Poner a punto de sal.
